Cask at the Wandsworth Common Spring BF, London. Pours lightly cloudy gold with a foamy, white head. Some modest sediment in there. Ginger, lemon and hay in the nose. Light sweet flavor with restrained but sincere ginger, light floral bitterness, some straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sweet to finish with more straw and ginger. The ginger is well and naturally integrated here. Good beer.
