Bottle at ChrisO tasting, London. Pours foggy yellow with almost no head. Tangy lemon nose. Medium sweet flavor with good citric tang, very smooth character, moderate tartness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, light to moderate tang, faint sour citrus notes, light funk. Nice balance overall. Very refreshing sour.

The ChrisO small midweek tasting. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Mildly crisp palate. Nice approachable citric sourness - orange and lemon. Mild seltzer minerals. Finishes dry and crisp. Not bad.

Bottle at Chriso - 25/09/12. Very cloudy yellow appearance like concentrated pineapple juice. Sour lemon and apricot on the nose, light vinegar tones. Taste follows with soured pears, some orange and a little burnt wood. Medium bodied with light carbonation with a tarte astringent finish.

Bottle at ChrisO. It pours hazy straw yellow, with a thin bubbly white head. The nose is light cider vinegar, lemon, vanilla, marzipan, toasted coconut and wheat. The taste is fresh lemon, orange zest, peach, wheat, vinegar, sherbet, light vomit and oak, with a tangy, tart finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Refreshing and easy going sour.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, lemons, malt, and straw, leading to a tart bretty finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Very sophisticated aroma, tart yet subtle. Spicy and herbal. Light body, again very subtle fruity and spicy - hard to pinpoint exactly, but it’s very, very sophisticated. Coconut perhaps. Ends dry and only slightly tart. A most amazing and very drinkable Sour. 290512
