22oz Bottle Pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Aroma was of dark chocolate, light pine hops, rich roast malts, and a little coffee. Taste was more of the chocolate, dark roast, and some sweet pit fruit.

Bottle: IMO, the perfect image of a stout: Dark, dark brown pour with a finger of creamy brown head. Whispy bits of lacing and the suggestion that it will be thick as a milkshake. Nose is sweet with cocoa and espresso with very light roasty tones. Taste brings forth more of the roast along with a richer espresso presence. Roasty, some ashes, a sweet little bit of dark fruits. Finishes with a light bittersweetness. Quite delicious.

22oz bottle pours a watery, opaque black with some thin, creamy tan head. Nose is nice and roasty, sweet, brown sugar, licorice, molasses, cookie dough. Flavor is sweet, toast, dark grain bread, brown sugar, dark chocolate. Full bodied, dry, roasted finish.

Wash. DC tasting. woot, some tasty treat here. dark brown color, perfect tan head. aroma, ark malts, some light elements adding for a nice milky-like nose, fruity with some sweet notes. flavors, deep malty flavors, coffee and espresso flavors with moderate touch of milk-chocolate, cocoa nibs. A lot going on here, palate is smooth and creamy with a nice lingering coffee/espresso finish. Some faint bitter hops peek through here and there, but overall this is one delicious sweet stout.

Bottled, from Spokne, WA. Very black, beige head. Tarry asphalt aroma. Dense and full bodied with compact mouthfeel. Salty with tar and licorice. Long tarry bitterness. A concentrated very solid stout.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours brown/black with ruby edges. Four finger foamy tan head. Nice smooth burnt malt aroma. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is anise, coffee and smooth burnt malt. Not getting chocolate. This is very full flavored. And smooth!
