Flaska från belgiuminabox, drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av körsbär, hallon, körsbärskärnor, röda bär. Viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, klar, mousserande, fina aromer i god balans. Elegant och polerat som en bra champagne. Mycket gott!

On tap. Dark ruby colour, almost no head. Aroma is intensive fresh sour cherry. Medium sour. Light body. Boring!

Bottle into a wineglass showing deep crimson red with a finger of cherry tanned foam. The nose shows pronounced intense notes of baked cherry pie. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated; a sparkling wine carbonation. Lightly tart with pronounced notes of baked cherries followed by a mid palate of sweet bing cherries. Completely dry but fruit forward. Fantastic.

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color lambic with a nice large white foamy head. Aroma of tart cherry notes with oak and yeast presence also discernible. Taste is also a mix of tart cherry notes with some oak notes with some yeasty flavours also apparent. Body si about average with excellent carbonation. I really enjoyed the additional dimension that the Champagne treatment brought to this beer.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Klar, mousserande, rosaröd vätska. Snygg bäriga toner med körsbär, men utan så mycket syra och kärnor som i andra krieks. Istället är det elegant och polerat som en bra champagne. Riktigt gott.

Bottle at SBWF 2017. Deep Purple with pinkish head. Cherry is dominating aroma and taste with some Earth, blackcurrant, Almonds. Slightly syrupy with some vanilla. Liquid dessert.

As Bzart Lambiek Millésieme 2012 750ml bottle. Clear gold with a thick fizzy white head and a tart spicy wheat aroma. Crisp clean zesty lemon funk for tartly delicious brew. This is aliased to a Kriekenlambiek? The color was light gold with a thick white head...
