Designed as a simple classic session bitter, which combines the clarity of serpentine rock filtered brewing liquor with rich malt and aromatic Goldings and Styrian Goldings hops. This is a smooth nut brown bitter that takes some character from the Serpentine rock-filtered breweing water that's used.

Bottle at a ChrisO tasting - London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white film head. Doughy toast in the nose, faint leaves, mild citrus. Light to medium sweet flavor with more toasty dough, some leaves, dry wood. Light bodied with huge carbonation. Mild sweetness to finish, faintly tangy, some toasty malts. OK. Way over-carbonated and the character is pretty basic, but it’s alright on the whole.

500ml bottle. Amber/chestnut, lasting beige head. Some brown malt. It’s a brown bitter. It’s fine, good fullness in mouth, good dry malts. Bit of earthy hop. Bit of white grape flavour. Decent BCA bitter.
