Bottle split at LKS ’Beers of London’ Tasting, high up, cheers Mule 10/12/14. Mahogany brown with moderate tan spotting and edgework. Nose is raspberry, light charr, dark malt, light cocoa, fruit forward affair. Taste comprises light charr, toffee, pinch of spice, red berry pangs. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok I guess.

Bottle shared at the chriso pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan head. Pleasant chocolate and raspberry aroma. Light-medium sweet flavor with some raspberry seeds, chocolate, light roast, some earthy bitterness. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Decent valance on the finish, more cocoa, some dried raspberry, some woody notes. Tasty stuff.

Bottle shared at chriso’s winter tasting 7/12/2014. dark caramel brown coloured pour with a lasting mid tan coloured pour. Aroma is light tart fruit, raspberry, raspberry truffle, choc. Flavour is powdered coco, raspberry, tart berry. Palate is light tart tangy choc. highish carbonatiuon. pretty tasty and OK berry.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Edinburgh Danish Invasion Tasting) by cgarvieuk - Edinburgh ].Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dusty malt, raspberry. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, raspberry, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy. [20120422]

bottle at The Danish Invasion tasting ...deep black ... bubbly foam head ... its a gusher ... soft sour tart musty rasp nose ... sweet malts ... tofeee orat ... light rasp. ... light bitter ... soft rasp ... ok but clearly not right Bottle at Chris-o tasting ...light sour ... soft dark roast malt nose .. way fizzy ... dark malts ... little syrupy ... little rasp ... horrible linger 2.1

ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Clear dark amber - brown beer. Big pale tan head. Light dry palate. Minerals. Dry bitterish dark malt - tastes a liitle Belgian in character. Rasperry is just about there, well buried. Mild soap. Bitter dry finish. Hard work. 2.2

Tasting at Leighton’s Flat. Mild malts. Dominant tangy raspberry. Light semi dry finish. Much easier going this time around in fact a pleasant fruity stout without being anything approaching special.

Bottle at Chriso’s Easter tasting 2012. It pours deep brown, with a thick beige head. The nose is sweet raspberry, coffee and metal. The taste is caramel, hay, roasted malt, metal, malt vinegar, tart fruit, soap and coffee, with a bitter-dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not great.

4.4% Bottle at Chriso Easter Tasting 2012. Deep ruby colour lasting beige head. Fruity stout aroma. Minimal raspberry. Some metal little bit of raspberry syrup on end. Its ok.
