Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours clear, bright yellow with a fine, white foam head. Very sturdy head, indeed. Lots of zesty, bright citrus on the nose with some dough, dry yeast and grass. Medium to big sweet flavor with lemon, orange, passion fruit and a bit of hay. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with some dry hay, white sugar, dry grass, light yeast. A very nice IPA hybrid. Could be just a touch less sweet, but overall it is very nice.
