375ml bottle. Dark brown colour, biege foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of dark malt, molasses, pecan pie, bourbon. Taste is sour, citric rind, spices, pumpkin, pecan pie, with tangy bourbon & wine barrel notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable

Bottle. Interesting. Aroma is tart, light pumpkin, white wine. Taste gives some bourbon, light pumpkin. Interesting but doesn't really grab me.

Tap @ Beer Temple. Very dark color, almost black. Light beige head. Aroma’s: sour, a bit herbal, roasty, chocolate. Retronasal it’s sour, light alcohol, light bourbon/vanilla. Flavor is sour with a vague sweetness. Medium bodied. Wood tannines in the finish. I didn’t get much bourbon of pumpkin, but quite nice anyway.

Bottle from Beers’n’more, bottled July 2015. Pours clear dark brown, light foam which quickly dies. Beautiful wine barrels with the sourness already clearly on display in the nose. A bit of funk, neatly tart. Surprisingly light through the distinct sourness. Very low carbonation. Pumpkin, well, maybe - I usually don’t have taste buds for that. Vinous throughout, even on the palate. Nice and tasty, but a bit too focused on the sour.
