330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, bright, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, barely lacing, white head. Funky yeasty and slightly citrusy fruity, minimally leafy-herbal, hoppy aroma, wheaty and oaty malty background, hints of quince, lemon, lemon balm, nettle, woodruff, whiffs of mint, oaky overtones. Taste is tart-ish, yeasty funky, citrusy and slightly herbal-leafy hoppy, minimally yeasty fruity, minimally woody, hints of lemon, lemon balm, some quince, old lemon peel, a touch of mint, woodruff, nettle, some oak, old oak wood, minimally biscuity, pale malty, oaty and wheaty malty basis.
Creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry and astringent palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very fine composition, harmonious and balanced, lots of subtleties - great.

Bottle at Kernel Spa Rad. It opens with a gush....pours clear golden - yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, tangy, coconut, pineapple, mango, citrus, perfumed, muted funk and dry oak. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, dry oak, green, weedy, sherbet, gooseberry, green white, musty, funky, mellow barnyard, lemon - lime, pucker and old musty basement with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very nice quaff.

On tap at Kernel Bar Bermondsey. Clear pure gold colour lasting white head. Some wild yeast aroma. Some citra citrus aroma.then some lemon some pineapple flavour. Some dryness. Decent enough. I liked the mix of flavours. Some sourness on the finish. I kinda liked it.

(Draft at Muted Horn, Berlin, 16 July 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, gooseberries, a touch of yeast and oak wood. Hoppy, spicy taste with notes of white bread, citrus, lemon peel, herbs, oak wood and a balanced citric bitterness in a slightly funky finish. Medium body, dry. Hoppy and woody. Quite complex. Very nice.

On tap at Kernel Spa Road taproom, Bermondsey, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, funk. Not really my thing. Couldn't detect any sabro.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is citrusy with lemon and bretty funk. Lemon and lime, citrus zest. High level of carbonation, light sour with a dry finish. Medium body. Quite good.
