The taste is crisp, firmly dry, zingy and spritzy, sherbert, some sour pucker, gooseberry, whitecurrant, bright apple, bit of touch of deep funk, hay, minerality and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine. Massaging carbonation. Flavourful, good depth and great balance. Moreish and lip smacking.

Keg at the Kernel - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a slight, creamy white head. Novel, with nice citric tartness, moderate pissy notes, a bit of white wine vinegar. Light grass, light funk, nips of woody dryness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Subtle dryness in the finish, pale wood, lightly bitter grass, further citric twang. Gorgeous.
