Bottle from Burning Sky. It pours clear golden - amber with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright and zingy, tart apple, melon, must, funk, sherbert and some rose wine vibes. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, zingy and spritzy, sherbert, some sour pucker, gooseberry, whitecurrant, bright apple, bit of touch of deep funk, hay, minerality and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine. Massaging carbonation. Flavourful, good depth and great balance. Moreish and lip smacking.

Bottle. Burning Sky online shop. Hazed, glowing, orange gold. Fine and messy, lasting, bright white head. Looks boss. Nose has that beautiful Burning Sky, crisp, apple skin sharpness. Bright, leathery funk. White wine grape. Hint of citrus peel. Lovely fruity, lemon brett. This smells as good as it looks. Taste is tart, and leathery, and fruity, with a citrus sweetness. Fresh and clean bitterness. Smooth on the palate. Fine carbonation. Briefest of hints of acidity. Tart, juicy and unputdowable. Fantastic beer.

Keg at the Kernel - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a slight, creamy white head. Novel, with nice citric tartness, moderate pissy notes, a bit of white wine vinegar. Light grass, light funk, nips of woody dryness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Subtle dryness in the finish, pale wood, lightly bitter grass, further citric twang. Gorgeous.
