Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Plattling and consumed at home cooking Chicken and Chorizo Lasagna and listening to God is an Astronaut - Embers, Tuesday 1st October 2024. Pours gold, clear as a bell, white head, a little bit sweet, some cereal. Hoppiness is very, very subtle. Ok for the style but usual alcohol free taint is there albeit not too much.

Hacklberg Urhell alkoholfrei, laut Etikett gebraut von der Bayerischen Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan, Flasche von Getränke Fleischmann, Gangkofen. - Dunkelgoldgelb, blank. - In der Nase schwache Bierwürze, ein Hauch von Traubenzucker, schwache Herbe, leicht abgestanden. - Antrunk dünn und blaß hellmalzig mit milder, blaß zitroniger Hopfung. Nicht süß. Im Abgang trockene, leicht säuerliche Herbe. - Dünnes, leicht säuerlich-herbes Alkoholfreies, immerhin rund und gut trinkbar. Es gibt aber bessere. (12.6.2024.)

Getreidig, malzig (nicht zu leer und spelzig), leicht säuerlich, ein Hauch Hefe. Nicht zu süß und ohne krasse Fehlnoten, wie es man sie sonst nur allzu oft bei Leichtbieren findet. Für ein alkoholfreies Bier (die wirklich kein Mensch gerne trinkt) gar nicht mal so schlecht.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, also quite moldy. Some grasy notes, light sweetish, notes of bread. Nothing special.

Goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig süß, getreidig. Geschmack sehr getreidig, malzig süß, typisches Alkoholfreies.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale bread, grain, light cereal. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cereal, grain, thin, sharp bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120219]

Bottle, 0.5%. Clear golden colour. Slightly bready flavour. The bitterness is OK, but a little citric and rough. Not so good, but drinkable.
