L’infusione di buccia d’arancia e coriandolo la rende leggermente acidula, poco amara e molto rinfrescante. Per queste caratteristiche è ideale come aperitivo e stuzzichini. Non disdegna però l'abbinamento a piatti delicati come carne bianca o pesce. Inoltre può star bene anche con dolci secchi. Infine provala su qualche fritto leggero, la bollicina e la leggera acidità ti aiutano a pulire la bocca dall'untuosità del fritto.

Pint. Dark Golden color, hazed, white head. Doesn't look like a wit. Aroma is floral, wheat, light yeast and orange. Flat sweetish taste, floral finish with light citrus. Light body average carb, mild dry. Floral but very thin. Flowery wheat ale.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head: The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy to hazy with a huge white head. Aroma is toasted malty. Grassy, slight straw. High carbonation. Mild fruity. Slight grassy. Biter and slight herbal.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Couleur dorée pailel, très trouble presque comme si la levure y avait pris place, col moyen blanc. Arôme est fruité modéré, citronné léger avec une pointe d’épice. Bouquet renforcé par les grains, malt froment qui enlèvent ce côté de blanche. Palais est épais venant des grains, feuillu presque bouilli avec un citronné assez présent mais contrebalancé par le profil épais du palais. Pointe de coriandre et un léger côté suret de la levure. Houblon reste noble, léger fleuri.

75cl Bittle from De Bierkoning, thanks Alice! Murky yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, ripe fruits, banana, flowers. Flavour is medium sweet, wheat, banana, light spicy, quite yeasty, fruity, floral, light Fantôme touch, light bitter finish. Medium-bodied, bordering on slime.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, moderate to light heavy yeasty, spicy, coriander, light soap. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sopay, candy - bubble gum yeast, spicy, coriander, fruity - candy yeast. Bottle @ Ulfborg Winter Tasting Part ? (The Late) , 2011. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy white head. Pineapple, orange fruit, wheat and yeast. Really fresh nose. Crisp, dry, fruity and refreshing with a pleasant spicy touch. Smooth.
