500 ml bottle from a grocery store in Passau, Germany. Pours a crystal clear light gold color with a tight white head and great retention. Very good lacing. Standard bready malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Smooth and slightly sweet bread and malt flavors throughout. Simple profile, well done. Medium-light body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Prost!

0.5L bottle thanks to weizen-slayer!!! pours out crisp clean golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet grain notes some grass and a touch of spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts a little spice and great finish.

Bottle picked up from a local supermarket and consumed at Camping Mossandlweiher sat outside Frank after a 78km cycle ride to Schlossbräu Mariakirchen and back, mostly along an old disused railway line, Saturday 18th July 2020. Pours gold with a white head and very good clarity. Fruity with a little cereal, soft mouthfeel, middling sweetness, light hoppiness. Ok.

Etwas Getreide, minimal strohig, leichte florale Noten, mild würzige und herbe Nuancen. Kann durchaus als wohlschmeckend bezeichnet werden. Aber recht wenig Körper. Zu viel Kohlensäure, was den wirklich sehr süffigen Charakter des Biers empfindlich stört (aber was vermutlich gemacht wurde, damit die fehlende Substanz nicht so auffällt).
