Bottle at the ChrisO Snow Tasting, London - thanks to Canterbury’s #1 homer, Harrisoni. Pours lightly fuzzy gold with a light, white cream head. Doughy white bread nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate, dirty hay bitterness, light grains. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Light dry hay to finish, some grainy hay, dry white bread dough. Good stuff. Fairly well-made British lager.

Bottle at ChrisO Snow Tasting, thanks to Ian. It pours hazy light yellow with pretty much no head. The nose is tart citrus, light spice, hay, sulphur notes and some soap. The taste is dough, some sweetness, decent bitterness, citrus peel, herbal aspect and grass with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Ok.

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Handbottle courtesy of Harrisoni. Clear gold beer. Light dry palate. Nice neutral pale malt. Fairly bitter hops - noble tasting. A little grassiness. Dry finish. Bitter linger. Alright.

Foundty helles 4.1% cask clear gold lasting white head. Yeasty hoppy aroma. Not huge carbonation in the the mouth. Pleasant flavours and good hoppy bite on finish. Most people would take this as a golden ale i am sure. Fine 3.1/5. on keg gold slight haze lasting thick near whit head. Fresh subtle yeast and subtle hop aroma. Far more carbonated than the cask version. Still good hops on the finish. Some harsh bite from the gas. Yes pretty decent and likeable 3.3/5
