A big, smooth, balanced stout brewed with sea salt, chillies and cacao nibs. Full bodied with a touch of salt. Scotch Bonnet chillies give at first a fresh fruitiness and then lead to a gentle warming. The whole beer is balanced by a small addition of cacao nibs, used to add a smoothness to the body, rather than to impart a chocolate character. A perfect match for oysters, but equally as delicious on its own. Brewed with Bramling Cross and Summit.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and fruit, with touches of chili and yeast and malt. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of chili and salt, and touches of malt, yeast and dark chocolate. Estery and bitter, boozy aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Nice.

Pours black, nearly no, dark head. Smell is full on creamy roast. Tad syrupy, dry roasty malts. Taste is sharper than anticipated' still quite creamy. Chili shows, salt is rather hidden. Very full flavored. Quite nice indeed !
