Sample from 50 cl bottle. BBE March 2020. Clear amber colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, pears, cinnamon and fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Sweet finish with some odd medicinal notes. Unpleasant.

Bottle@Lars - Amber pour with a white head. Sweet vague fruity and malty with some caramel sweetness, some toffee, non descript vague fruit, light to medium body, sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ Home. Pours very dark amber with a creamy tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, brown sugar, spices, dried fruit. Flavor is malty, caramel, spice, cinnamon, dark dried fruit. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, sweet finish. 260614

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear dark amber beer. Good pale tan head. Light semi dry palate. Lacto sweet malt. Light dry finish. Skewed and just plain wrong.Bleugh!

Bottle 500ml. @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Clear medium brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, spicy - cinnamon, wood, ginger notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, roasted, berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. clear brown, no head. bitter spicy, malty, nutty, with a slight burnt plastic tint. flavor is spicy, malty, bitter caramelly aroma.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and dry herbal to caramelish. Spiced: cinnamon, cloves and annis seed. Herbal, dry and spiced.

At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. Deepish brown clear lasting dark beige head. Spicy aroma. Some decent malts. Too spicy too much beefy malty flavour.
