A woody and earthy nose with honey and bramble top notes.
A biscuit malt character with good body gives way to a pleasant hop bitterness and delicate honey aftertaste. Moreish, balanced and flavoursome.

Keg, 4.9 % abv, half-pint, shared with Finn at Hiver Beers. Creamy white head, clear golden body, crocheted lacing. Smell of honeyed malt and fruit. Honeyed sweet malty flavours joined by a ripe fruity twist. Malt-fruity ending with honey. Still a tad too sweet. Okay in smaller amounts. (Bermondsey, London 19.10.2019).

Nice big foam and clear copper body. Soft honey and malt on the nose. Flavour is a nice blend of cookie and honey sweetness but not overbearing. Medium finish good on the mouth. Not bad at all, rather chill sipper.

On tap at the brewery tap Bermondsey . So just your 3 new beer bars since last time then. Hazy amber russet colour lasting beige head. poured from a mini cask. Well it's not very good. Some earthy hop. Some sweet honey. It's ok no bad flavours just a clash of flavours. Sweet and bitter. Some floral hop on the finish. Distinctive finish. Fine.

Draft at the Lamb, Bloomsbury, London. Pours hazy golden amber with a lasting creamy/foamy off-white head. Aroma of malt, honey, fruit, caramel, and golden syrup with light floral and herbal notes. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Honey syrupy finish. Ok.

Cask @ Hiver Brewery, London. Deeper golden with a thin head. Has a definite honey influence, especially in its nose, and it possibly makes things feel slightly weaker than it is. It certainly provides a smoothness for the ale.

Medium sweet flavour with minimal bitterness, more creamy honey, bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation and velvety texture. Sweet finish with light earthy notes, crisp malts. Not bad.
