(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 4 April 2025) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, green grapes, yeast and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapes, apples, oak wood and yeast. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fruity, yeasty and woody saison-ish. Odd, but nice one.

Keg at Craft Brixton. It pours hazy gold with a tiny white head. The nose is funky, earthy, fresh, hay, green veg and quite a bit of celery. The taste is crisp, tart, doughy, orange sherbet, grapefruit, kumquat, minerals and decent acidity, with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Not a fan of the aroma, but tastes pretty nice.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a rapidly dissipating white fizz. The nose citrus fruit, pale bread, lemon, white wine vinegar. Medium sweet flavor with juicy, tart lemon, bready sugars, some acetic bite, faint apple, wood. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Moderate acidity on the finish, mild sweat, lemon, orange, pale bread. Not bad.
