Keg at IMBC. It pours lightly hazy amber with a decent off whitr head. The aroma is musty, vanilla, oak, herbal, basil, savoury action and candied lemon. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, green, weedy, herbal, basil, zingy lemon, lemon cordial and kick fo acidity with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Interesting.

Keg at indy man beer con. Session 1. A mostly clear deep orange amber coloured pour with a a sticky white halo. Aroma is floral lemon, basil, veg, floral. Flavour is composed of soapy lemon po perrie, perfume, lemon rind. Grapefruit.. Palate is semi sweet z moderate carbonation. Spicy. Big stuff.

Keg at IMBC 2018, session 1. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, creamy white head. Certainly herbal, really herbal in fact, with a good dose of zesty citrus, some sweet pale malts, low acidity. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish with a little white wine vinegar, more sweet pale bread, white grape, herbs, zesty lemon. Fun overall.

Good. Lots of lemon in the flavor and aroma. lightly tart, and bourbon is barely noticeable. Basil is there, so earthiness and sugar, dry finish.
