Our driest cider. Aged in red wine barrels this is a full flavoured cider with hints of wood tannin. A cider for the connoisseur.

Box at the Harp. Pours cloudy, pink-gold. Funky apple nose, dusty. Light to medium sweet flavor, dry and dank. Medium bodied with very fine carbonation. Ultra dry finish, mild apples and sugar, more dust and dankness. Great stuff.

@ Harp, bag in a box. Hazy orangey-amber colour. Appley, sort of slick mouthfeel. Light barrel note, with vinous character. Some late tartness. It’s ok, but for me this didn’t really come together.
