Pūdele (Midsummer pole fire) is a smokey IPA with pine-shoots.
IPA is all about the balance - light, smokiness from the malt blends seamlessly with Columbus bitterness, finished with the resinous fragrance of pine.

Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - pours a hazy amber colour with white head. Sweet malty and fruity with notes of caramel, charred smokey spruce and piney hoppy bitter notes into the close.

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Hazy golden. Smoky aroma with pine, a bit herbal. Smoky flavor, a bit of sweetish, with caramel, pine, bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

At BBF, cloudy deepish orange color, aroma of spruce, mustard, some woodiness, shrubs and pine and a hint of malt, strong shrubby bitterness’ pine and mustard. Nice and enjoyable.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted and slight herbal. Dry and bitter, mild fruityand slight fruity finish. Dry and slight herbal far finish.
