Great natural honey aroma. Grapes add interesting notes, not like in a juice, not like in a wine, maybe like in a grape ale. Also some vanilla notes. Thick body. Does not feel too sweet. A masterpiece.

Bottle sample at Nowina, pours a clear caramel with a purpleish tinge - it starts cloudy and then clears up. Aroma is unusual, with lots of dark red grape juice, almost in a medicinal way, but it works pretty well - the honey is only mildly detectable. Flavour is almost like cough syrup, beige dominated by the grape juice. There's a fair degree of acidity and even some tannins, almost resembling a red wine. The honey is in the background, contributing sweetness without being very prominent in actual character. This is too close to cough syrup for me, so I don't really appreciate it all that much.

Korkowane naturalnym i wypalanym korkiem. Miod o lekko metnawej barwie machoniowo herbacianej. Przypominalo whisky, ale nie tylko z koloru takze w smaku. Przeplatajace sie elementy drewna, skory, miodu gryczanego i gron, ciemnych. Troche posmaku burgundzkiego wina zmieszanego z Scherry. Swietne tresciwe, sycace i rozgrzewajace. Slodkie wiadomo bo spora tu przewaga miodu no i zastapienie wody sokiem winogronowym. Piwniczna wilgoc drewniane beczki w zapachu. Klasa. Chyba najlepszy miod jaki pilem w zyciu. Polecam na chlodne wieczory gdy za oknem bedzie pruszyl snieg dla rozgrzania i poprawienia krazenia.

Bouteille 75cl de Stampol, Warsaw. Split with Meadme. Cuivrée-ambrée, doré au verre voire assez huileux. Arôme est plein de belles notes mielleuses, caramélisé avec un agréable rétro fruité de raisin. Palais est fort agréable organique - cloying, collant aux lèvres. Alcool perce bien et réchauffe le palais sans être surfait. Notes adoucies de caramélisés, fleuri avec une note rappelant la noix de coco. Sirop avec un prononcé de raisin et un alcool persistant. Complexe, sec et délicieux à déguster.

Bottle @ [ Tasting by fiulijn ].Clear medium golden yelloe amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, sweet honey, alcohol, wine notes. Flavour is heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, honey sweet, medium flavor is light tart but initial and finish flavor is just sweet, wood - grape notes, finish is almost marple syrup. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat. [20110926]

Ceramic bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Clear amber golden. Sweet honey and Sherry in the nose. Very full-bodied, extremely intense and sticky honey with plenty of Sherry and burned caramel. Lots of flower notes and warming alcohol in the finish. Candy in a bottle! 050211
