Fra cask på Bree Louise, Euston 19 Mai 11. Gusjebrun. 0 skum. Ser ut som juice. Lite aroma. Litt sitrus hvis du inhalerer kraftig. Smaken vassen. Ikke god. Lite som minner om wit.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours cloudy, amber-gold with basically no head. Bit of ripe orange on the nose, some sugar. Sweet flavor, some ripe citrus, light yeast, bit of dough. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, light warming finish, more overripe orange and some mild spice. Um, alright. The good British witbier remains ever elusive.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 22/07/2011. Deep amber with a slight off-white head. Yeast aroma with some banana fruit and hint of spice. Flavour had plenty of bubble gum, a touch of citrus, grainy edge and dryish finish. A bit strange, seemed to be heading in the direction of a German Hefeweizen without quite getting there.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cloudy gold beer. Good sized suddy off white head. Light dry palate. Sweet dried fruits with trace amounts of banana and bubblegum. Trace of citrus. Bone dry finish. An ok flavour but way too dry!

Cask, Royal Oak, Twerton. Cloudy tan. Vaguely malty aroma. Malt-accented. Lacks spice, but with a touch of musty yeastiness as well.
