Dean Swift - RBESG Tasting. Hand bottle courtesy of Gazza. Hazy pale gold beer, no head. Low carbonation. Fresh bitter grapefruit, very fresh. Lacks condition because of the hand bottling - would really like to try this freshly dispensed.

Handbottled from Gazza who brought this along to share with Fin & Loz 18.08.11 cheers mate! Fruity nose, bitter but not undrinkable. Touch cloudy, nose is a touch muffled but there is plenty going on it’s just that I am not quite as good as Gazza and Loz when it’s comes to identifying the individual components. There are streaky tendrils of citrus (mostly bitter seville orange and grapefruit) lashing around the mouth, it’s nice, very nice and at 3.2 a great session beer, finish is very dry.
