GBBF. Cask. Hazy gold beer with a tidy small white head. Light dry palate. Sweetish pale malts. Some citrus and something that tastes like ginger. Trace of banana. Fresh and minerally but dry. Alright.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours amber-gold with a small, soft head. SOme spices in the nose. Moderately sweet flavor, more spices, some ginger. Light bodied with fine carbonation. More spice to finish, some caramel malts, very faint bitterness. OK.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Pale gold lasting thin white head. Touch of ginger on the aroma I thought. Yes more gentle ginger in the mouth and ginger sting on finish. Yese decent enough and I do like the ginger

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Golden in colour. Hoppy and spicy aroma with ginger detected. The taste is spicy with ginger featuring prominently along with some notes of apricot. Even though the ginger is very noticeable, it’s not overwhelming and the beer has very good balance.
