75 cl bottle @ Gastropub Nordic. Rated on 25.04.2011
Aroma has lots of citrus, some urinal cake and earthy notes. Flavour is sour and somewhat acidic with lots and lots of citrus. Also some urinal cake, earthy notes and hints of peppery spices.

When this came to Gastropubs, I had a fresh bottle of this. Since that the citrus aromas have grown even more stronger.

Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a decent foamy white head. The nose is orange, lemon, lime, ginger and yeast. The taste is lemon, tangy orange, mango, apricot, ginger and lime sourness, with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A very tasty, tangy saison.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20110719) The beer poured orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had a lot of lemon and also quite an amount of spices. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were lemon, spices, mildly sourness and also mild bitterness. Aftertaste had lemon and bitterness. The lemon drowned the saison characteristics too much.
