Keg at Old Fountain. It pours hazy deep red - brown with a medium off-white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, brown bread, full smoke, ash, wood, meat, toffee, honey ham and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, earthy, bitter - sweet, boosty alcohol, oily, sticky sweetness, smoked malt, spice, leather, earth and charred notes with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent for style.

On tap at Euston Tap London. Now i do like a rauch. So how is this going to be? Haze light brown colour Smoke yes. Light smoke. Light smoke cheese. Not heavy or meat. Its fine. A little too charcoal smoke for me. Interesting. Some sweet malt. A little dryness on the finish. A pretty good stab though.

Keg at the Euston tap. A light hazed deep amber coloured pour with a fine thin off white head. Aroma is sweet honey glazed ham, mellow smoked malts, tangy orange marmalade. Nice. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, rounded nutty malt, jammy fruits, mellow damp campfire.. Palate is rounded slightly sticky, moderate carbonation. Good, touch too sweet.
