A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light brett, crisp and smooth.

Smoke and some caramel. A little light tang but not a ton. Interesting, though I couldn't imagine ever wanting to drink much of this. Golden pour with ok head. Smoking and light tang in finish. Tap at Churchkey.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is smoked, meaty. Plastic, smoekd. Herbal. Smoked and slight herbal. Medium dry and mild sourish finish, lasting smoked.

Pale, quite hazy, lots of smoke on the nose. Light, wheaty, smoky, ok...maybe a bit husky.

Draught at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar (W. Broadway), Vancouver
First of all, they poured a random Amber ale, I suspect they didn't change the line; when I got to try the real gratzer, it was indeed a crisp and delicately smoked beer, balanced, very nice.

Draft - Touch of light grain. Clear Amber with a decent white head. Light grains, some light orange and a dry finish. Not very tart and no smoke.
