Brettantrunk mit dumpfen Holznoten. Frische runde Kirschnoten, geringe Karbonisierung. die Fruchtnoten gewinnen an Bedeutung. Die eher dumpfen Noten verschwinden schnell, das BIer wird spürbar harmonischer, die Brettnoten bleiben präsent und pendeln sich hinter den Kirschen ein. Gut. 9/10/10/10/11/10

Draft pour at Beer Junction. Beautiful purple, reddish pour. No head here. Amazing aroma here, cherry pie. Nice level of sour going on. Tart cherries. Hints of other mixed berry. Brett shows up, but isn't too loud. I miss sitting at the bar at Crooked Stave, drinking beers like this. Fantastic stuff.

Sourish dry beginning. Fresh and fruity with not too much depth with a great sour fruity aftertaste.

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear dark golden beer with a small off-white head. aroma of sour cherries, brett, wood, apples. Taste of tart cherries and strawberries, orange fruits, brett. Nice!

F: not big, pink, quick gone. C: ruby red, hazy, opaque. A: fruity, sour red fruits, brett, bit cheesy, funky, basement, cherries. T: quite sour cherry to red berries, woody, bit citrus, very refreshing, good balances yet bit too sour for me, medium body, low to medium carbonation, 2016 version, sample @ BXLBeerFest in Brussels.

@ BXLfest 2017. Couleur orange/acajou, col fin rosé. Arôme offre un enivrant bouquet de cerise avec un effet de cerise pressée + noyau, aspect de griotte et cerise noire. Léger funk en rétro-nasal. Palais est finement aigrelet, cerise noire voire confite, râpeux en fin de bouche aevc un effet suret/brett qui perdure sans être de trop.

Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Wonderful bright red fruit appearance. Nose is massive awesome cherry, huge, really bright. Taste is super bright cherry, faint oak, amazing cherry expression, low carbonation, finish is punishingly sour, vinegar, crazy,… Still really nice.

Cloudy deep ruby red beer, small creamy light pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, almonds, lots of cherries, funky, urinals, bit dirty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of sour cherries, very acidic, lemony, bit spicy, fruity. Aftertaste: some tannins, very acidic, almonds, tannins, pretty sour.
