Bottle shared by Alberto (thanks ippopotamo36!). Dorata, lievemente torbida, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Al naso sentori di mela ed erba tagliata, uva, stalla. In bocca è molto morbida, l'acidità è medio-bassa, sembra anche abbastanza più pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. La migliore delle quattro provate, non me lo aspettavo.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. This brewery has an interesting concept but most of their stuff tastes just like off beer which it might be at times I suppose. Pale citrus golden, white head. Nose is weird spoiled, chemical, plaster, yeast, spoiled milk. Taste is spoiled plaster yeast, dough, milky plaster yeast,… Body is the same.

Little hazy yellow beer, big creamy solid white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit fruity, funky, urine, dirty, cheesy, bah. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very sourish, vinegar, bit dirty, very metallic, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: weird, bit chemical, rubbery, funky, acidic, lemon juice.

7 3 7 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of brett funk, barnyard and light fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with light sourness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
