Hazy copper, sticky, small off white head. Earthy hops, grass, and mint. Medium carb, medium mouth feel. Finish is very herbal, mint, and cereals. Not a very good ipa in my books.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy hite head. Aroma is fruity, mild yeasty and some honey sweetness to it. Flavour is grassy, fruity, herbal, some honey and mild toffeeish tones. A slight yeasty/spicy edge to it.

A hazed golden ipa with a thick frothy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity doughy malt with light honey and grassy floral hops, a bit oxidized. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, orange pulp, light honey, OK.

Somehow found in Ontario on a hot spring day. Go figger. Pours foggy orange with only a hint of head, no carbonation that’s too obvious, much like a tavern beer rather than a "monster" beer. The aroma is all apricots, mangos, fruits, and sweetness, like smelling your favourite breakfast drink. The flavour is an amazing mix of deeply hopped IPA splendour with an aftertaste of orange and coriander. Wow - just wow. This is the kind of beer one lives for, a surprise and a half from beginning to end. An amazing pleasure, and a "must taste" for any serious beer drinker.

This Italian IPA pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head, good retention, but minimal lacing. Aromas of grapefruit with the hops, with very sweet malts. Medium-bodied but not really dry with hops. Not crazy bitter but the hop is present. Mild roasted malt seems to smoke up the hop. Lots of fruit (oranges mostly). Still, not enough to save this one. Decent, but nothing close to exceptional.

Ok. Pours cloudy orange. Lots of white head and near-carpet lacing. Decent but wouldn’t have chosen this to import from the other side of the world. Still, there’s a lot of citrus in the aroma and the aftertaste feels it with the astringency and bitterness. Nice carbonation - a little below average. Soft, creamy consistency on tongue. Bottle.

Dry moderately bitter frothy white head a bit of caramel. A touch medicinal. Decent.

6.5%. Cloudy amber beer, fluffy off white head. Light crispy palate. A little creamy malt provides perfect support for nice fresh hops. A little tangerine with peach and mango streaks. Mild minerals. Smooth finish with pithy bitterness. A pretty fine IPA and a lovely fruity aftertaste.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy copper/amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with dry floral hops with some nice ester is quite something. Taste is also dominated by loads of floral malt with some distinctive rustic notes. Hops notes are quite nice with almost zero bitterness and great huge floral notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Well brewed and super enjoyable. This is something I would enjoy drinking regularly.

Bottle from Firefly, Vancouver
Cloudy orange color, with smallish head. Some fruity hop aroma, light puke, toffee, wood. Correct body; toffee flavor, not to dry; strong bitterness, with some hop resins, but missing fresher hop character. Straight IPA, not fresh.
It may have been around for some time, and lost freshness; unfortunately the bottle has a tag on the label for the date, but it’s blank!
