Cask at the Cheshire Cheese, Buxton. Very pale gold with a thin white head. Light sulphur with caramel, white sugar and a wisp of lemon in a sweetish finish. Insipid both in looks and taste, and I’m not a fan of the dated, sexist pump clip either (only bought it because I need the East Yorkshire ticks, otherwise would have avoided on principle).
