At the brewpub in Leyton. Clear brown beer with a small white head. Rich malt with bitterish dark toffee and a trace of smoke. Nice fresh piney hop backend. Finishes dry. Unexpected little treat - nicely put together!

[Cask at Reading beerfest] Deep brown with a small, off-white head. Flowers, pine, and chocolate. Lovely balance, great to drink. Best of the fest for me, I will certainly try more beers from this brewery if I see them.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise. Pours a cloudy, light amber-brown with no head. Big, citrusy hops nose on this guy with hints of brown sugar. Great flavor, lots of hops, orange citrus, grass and resiny pine, along with mild malty sweetness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes sticky hoppy with dank resins, some honey and caramel and orange juice, plus some faint roast. A really nice beer here.
