ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold - amber beer. Very frothy white head - slow gusher. Tangy light orange in the airy palate. Finishes neutral. Somewhat infected but doesn’t seem to have made a huge difference to the flavour but has altered the palate.

Bottle at Chris NY Tasting 2010. Hazy gold. Lasting white head. Spicy grapefruit aroma. The slight infection is ok and gives it some character. Decent body and good hops. Slight mustiness on the flavour

Bottled@Monks Cafe, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is flowery hops along with some fruits and slight nectary notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same and also has some honeyish and grassy notes. Hoppy and yeasty finish. Pleasant.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Grassy, fruity nose. Sweetish and medium bodied. The malt is grainy, chewy and soft. Fruity and mild, yet hoppy. Finishes with balanced floral bitterness. A very drinkable arch-English ale.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Golden colour with huge, lasting, foamy, off-white head. Some sediment in the bottle. Fruity nose with notes of dried apricots, mandarin and peaches. Fruity taste with apricots, mandarin, smooth biscuity malts and a dry, grassy, fairly short finish with floral hops. Rather thin body. Nice and refreshing. In short: apricots.
