Our Reflections Series rolls on with a robust and full-bodied Best Bitter that packs a punch without compromising its drinkability, and treads the line between traditional and modern. A biscuity, bready malt base provides a moreish sweetness that is balanced by an assertive bitterness from UK-grown Cascade hops.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear amber beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts but plenty of crisp caramel that imparts a very mild sweetness. Whisper of esters before crisp pine kicks in. UK Cascade deliving a slightly marmaladey orange and mandarin. Light dry finish. Pretty tasty for the style. I do think Track would be better off doing big ESBs but this is a decent craft bitter

Toasted semi sweet malty with notes of caramel, grain, dried fruit cake, citrusy and herbal hoppy undertones, light nutty accents into the toasted malty finish. Very nice bitter.
