Cask at the Grape and Grain Autumn beer festival, Crystal Palace. Pours a copper colour with a white head. Sharp grapefruit aroma with a hint of tangerine. Crisp citrus flavour with a whisper of pear. Refreshing. Very nice.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of citursy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and elderflowers, leading to a slightly bitter finish, where the elderflower note lingers.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Gold colour, lasting beige head. Some tea like hop on the amarillo. Pale malts are a tad wishy washy. Needs a bit more beef.

(Cask at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 4 Aug 2010) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus, apricots, grass and grapefruit. Fruity, slightly malty taste with notes of citrus, apricots, hints of honey and citrussy, almost earthy hops in the finish. Medium body, fairly sweet. Quite nice.

6th August 2010. GBBF.
Clear amber beer with a little white head. Light dry palate - too dry. Even dry malt. Nice Amarillo with a pinch of spice - decent and fresh but the palate is just way too dry.
