Cask (Oliver Twist, Stockholm) - Copper in colour. Toasted malts, berries and hints of dried fruits can be detected in both the aroma and in the taste. Fruity and toasty finish.

Cask @ Early Doors, Skipton. Golden coloured with a creamy head. Easy-drinking with a smoothness and hoppiness, although not overly exciting in the end.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 3 - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a creamy, tan head; looks great. The nose holds dry, bready malts and biscuits. Light to medium sweet flavor with some citrusy hops, biscuits, light bitter hay, some earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation; great condition. Good balance to finish, with some grains, bread, light tangerine, more hay and biscuits. An excellent bitter overall.
