We’ve given our infamous milk stout the luxurious addition of salted caramel that adds a smooth velvet finish to balance the malt bill bitterness. A subtle salinity elevates the other distinctive Tonkoko flavours for a rounded and sumptuous take on our OG milk stout.

Can from Meny at home 28/02/2026 "Sweet dark malty with notes of chocolate and yeah salted caramel, lots of milky vanilla, just a touch of roast coming through, coconut and vanilla accents into the dark sweet malty finish. Good stuff.

440ml from the brewery. Best Before 6/11/25. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, herbal, tonka beans. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a light, watery, earthy, light band aid, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Pretty awful and mostly undrinkable. Absolutely no evidence of the promised salted caramel, vanilla and coconut. Clearly mildly infected but the beer just tasted awful and was ultimately drain poured. Very disappointing.

taster at Brew York bar at GBBF Winter. Brown pour, minimal head. Aroma is sweet caramel, luscious. Taste follows with more of the caramel, mild roasty notes and chocolate. Creamy, smooth and oh so tasty.

440ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of coconut, tonka, caramel, chocolate. Taste is sweet, coconut and tonka still dominate this, the caramel is there and isn't too salty, milk chocolate, light roast malt, light bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Black with a small brown head. Quite easy texture so not too sticky either. The salted caramel isn't too stated but there's still enough to be dominant in both aroma and taste
