0,5 flaske fra Lysefjorden ølutsalg i Nygårdsgaten, hos Håkon: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Pregnant og overbevisende aroma og smak av tyske edelhumler - barskog, urter, citrus, gress og et hint av brød. Meget høy forfriskningsfaktor og mersmak så det holder. En av de beste norske pilsnere i butikkstyrke jeg har smakt på lenge.

6-3-6-3-11 On tap @ Mjøderiet. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is floral hops, with citrus and grassy notes, as well as malty notes with cereals and honey. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is hoppy notes of lemon peel, hay, floral hops, and some grass, leaves and minerals as well as some malts with cereals and honey.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, old hay, old lawn, paper, bark, minerals, sour grass, old cellar, dusty grain. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, hay, weeds, minerals, paper, sour grass, bark, sawdust, soap, medicine, dusty hops, flowers, wash cloth. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Meh!

500 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7 percent. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of flowers, honey and herbal hops. The flavour has first some malty sweetness and unfinished yeast, before rather sharp and slightly metallic bittering hops take over.
