Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is slightly acetic, with wine vinegar, cherries, grapes and wine barrels.

On tap at På Kornet, Stavanger. Pours hazy reddish copper with dense off-white head. Aroma of white wine, raspberries, oak, vanilla, lemons, notes of caramel, effervescent powder. Tastes sour with balancing sweetness and salty and citrussy finish. Medium bodied sour finish.

Fra fat hos På Kornet feb-19: lett uklar lys kobberrød med fint rosa skum som varer. Herlig friskhet og god bærsyre. Elegant, med lekker munnfylde og meget lettdrikkelig. Et 0,25 glass var så avgjort i minste laget.
