Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 09.09.19. Pale golden. White head. Aroma of pilsner malt, meadows and dark chocolate. Taste of pilsner malt, citrus zest, meadows and succade.

Aroma is sweet, grainy malts, with bread, toffee and heather, as well as some yeasty esters and herbal hoppy notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is zesty hops, with pine, herbal notes and minerals, as well as malts with cereals and toffee.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, wet hay, minerals, flowers, light malts, paper, wash cloth, wet grain, sour grass. Taste is dry medical, weeds, medicine, wet grain, wash cloth, paper, bark, harsh flowers, yeast. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh medical mouthfeel. Meh!

500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5%. Moderately hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of hay and herbal hops, a little citrus too. Moderately citric mouthfeel. Herbal hops in the flavour, with a surprisingly bitter finish.

Fra 0,5 flaske på Mi2 Cardinal feb-19: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. friskt, lyst, lett og akkurat passe syrlig. Lyse bær (stikkelsbær) og litt støv/høy er hovedinntrykket, det kommer vel fra de tyske humlene jeg antar de har brukt. Mersmak.
