Bottle from Melbecks Garden Centre, Coleshill. My vintage bottle is 6.7% (Collectors Card No 5) which I assume is the same just a slight ABV reduction. Pours a clear gold, some small bubbly retention. Aroma of orchard, tart apples, oak, some funk, enough spice to clear a blocked nose. Taste is drying apple peel, fruity apple undertone, oak aging but with a decent level of sweetness to balance, some clove

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Ocado I think. Pours clear orange-gold. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice dried out apple character, a little musty cellar, subtle bitter apple peel, a nip of funk. Medium bodied. Drying finish, more aged apples, musty funk. Solid.

500ml bottle from Downtown Garden Centre, Grantham. 7.2%. Orangey amber-gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, earthy, wood barrel, oak. Taste is fruity apple, slight tartness, orchardy, leathery funk, woody, oaky, bittersweet with drying mellow tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry tangy tannic finish. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from Perry's Cider Farm. Probably the same as the premium vintage bottle. Pours gold with a light mist. Aroma is rich apple fruit, orchard must. Taste is rich, golden with good vibrant apple fruit, nice fleshy side, subtle tannic bite. Very good.

Bottle at home, 01/04/18. Lightly hazed golden with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is sharp apple, toffee apple, light wood, caramel. Taste comprises toffee apple, syrup, tangy apple skin, Orchard wood, light farmy notes. Medium bodied with bite, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad but expected more having enjoyed another cider from them yesterday to a higher degree.

500 ml bottle. Cooked apples, skin, a bit of sharpness in the nose. Deep orange-amber color. Tannic, woody flavor, nicely sharp as well, nice touch of acid and tannic, juicy apple but not very sweet. Good stuff.
