Bottle. Pale golden color with white head. Aroma is mild herbs, grains, smells pretty full-bodied. Taste is bready, herbal, rustic. Rather high carbonation. Surprisingly chewy, especially since they call this a Pils.

From bottle. Grassy hops, herbs, slightly metallic, slightly grainy. Hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter grassy herbal finish. Decent crisp Pilsner.

Bottle picked up from REWE, Beilngries and consumed at home Monday 1st May 2023 listening to Ghum - Bitter and later cooking Kachin Chicken Curry (a Burmese curry). Pours light silvery gold with a white head, quite a fruity Pils, clean, the bitterness is more subtle than some, dryness builds.

DIe Biere der Hofmühl-Brauerei haben mich bislang nicht enttäuscht, aber dieses mag mich nicht so begeistern. Es ist nicht so fein süffig und eher unharmonisch bitter und kann nicht so richtig erfreuen.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of soft grassy hops, hay, pale malt. Taste of medium bitter grassy hops, hay, pale malt, medium bitterness.

Vom Faß im Braugasthof Trompete, Eichstätt (als „Emslander Privatpils“, 16.4.2015). - Goldgelb, klar; schöne Schaumringe im Glas. - Schwacher, etwas künstlich zitroniger Geruch. - Antrunk mild zitronig mit leicht künstlicher Note (Limonade oder Spülmittel). Für ein Pilsener etwas zu breite helle Malzsüße. Mild rezent, eher vollmundig, weiches Mundgefühl. Abgang limonadig-zitronig mit ganz schwacher Herbe. Wenig herber, schwach metallischer Nachtrunk. - Trinkbar, auch erfrischend, aber aromatisch anspruchslos und für ein Pilsener zu wenig herb.

Bottle from trade with pivnizub, many thanks. Pale golden color with medium fast disappearing white head. Malty aroma with metallic notes. Malty taste with, earthy notes, light bitterness in finish.
