From the bag/box at GBBF '18, day 4, 10/08/18. Hazed golden yellow with an off white head of bubbles. Nose is funky apple, straw, grains, light wood. Taste comprises apple skins, orchard wood, tannins, grass, light smoke, barnyard. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent ... my kind of apple juice.

Polypin at GBBF 2018. It pours lightly hazy yellow with a few bubbles on the top. The aroma is earthy, musty, dirt, barnyard, apple skin, tangy apple and ripe cheddar. The taste is soft, sweet - sour, barnyard, tannin, tangy apple, fruit pie, manure, dirt, earthy and some booze with a tangy barnyard finish. Medium body and oily mouth feel. Not bad. Proper barnyard cider.

Tardebigge cider 6.1% cask at GBBF is an opaque honey gold with a rich mildly tart and acidic Apple nose. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a tat acidic finish. The taste is crisp tart green apples and vinaigrette. Nice. 3.5

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, acidic apple, tart apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Plastic barrel at GBBF 2010. Child’s urine colour. Some stewed fruit. Some tart fruit. Quite a lot of apple fruit skins. Really apple skin flavour, reminded me of cider from family holidays. Quite dryish.

@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is mild apple, some wood, earth and herbs. Flavour is apples and not that much else.
