PINTA Imperium Atakuje (Empire Strikes) - full of hops, strong representative of Imperial India Pale Ale. Astonishing, uncompromising! Powerful beer loaded with best quality malts and hops. Imperialism of PINTA in its' finest and very first Double IPA ever brewed in Poland. Intensively dry-hopped whilst second part of fermentation process.
Ingredients: water; barley malt: pale ale, melanoidin, Carared®, Carapils®: hops (USA): Columbus. Chinook, Amarillo®, Citra®, Cascade, Centennial®; yeast SafAle™ US-05.

50cl bottle. Pours clear amber colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of bitter resinous hops, spruce, red malt, caramel. Taste of bitter resinous hops, reddish malt, toasted malt, spruce, long bitter finish, nice!

Clear, copper colored, medium- off white frothy head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is of malt and caramel, fruity, light citrus and herbal hops. Taste is medium to very sweet, mostly malt and caramel, hops are in the back, fruity and herbal with some orange citrus, moderate- aroma, medium to strong bitterness, bitter finish, some alcohol. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily to sticky. Missing some hops aroma for proper balance. (bottle, Pivoteka, Zagreb)

50cl bottle from Melgers shared with kermis. Medium creamy white head.. Clear amber pour. Nice bitterness. Very good

Bottle shared. Clear amber brown with a tan head. Aroma of caramel malt, fruity hops and light citrus. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [06/08/16]

Amber color with a fine off white head. Looks good. Solid intensity in the aroma. Medium to full body and a fine smooth carbonation. A bit oily texture. Grapefruit hoppy, pine, resinous and dried fruits in the flavor. Solid stuff!

Sampled 500 ml. bottle @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2016. Near clear orange amber, off-white head. Oily grass & big onion and garlic hop, massively oily hop. Taste is oily hop, grass, low butterscotch, toffee caramel, biscuit & dash of onion & garlic. Caramel body. Could have popped more but this is quite neat.

At Kufle i kapsle, Warsaw, February 2014. Shared with lovely Anja. Clear shiny amber, frothy white head. Flowery-fruity hops aroma, orange and peach. Sweet like a peach, bitterness above average. Alcohol present. Full fruity taste, strong beer, lasting finish. Alcohol not hidden at all, tasty, but not the best.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Clear amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, hops and caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, citrusy hops, touch of fruits and alcohol with sweet and moderate sticky notes in the finish. Some late herbal bitterness.

Bright clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Malts are smooth caramel - toffee with thin cream. Citric peel, resin and pine announce the hops, mild hop spice and a touch of ripe tropical fruits. Finishes smooth. A ripe tasting DIPA, smooth and very drinkable.
