Un olfactif bien tropical s’installe au nez avec des notes de fruit de la passion, de pamplemousse et un soupçon de résine.
Mousse abondante et tenace sur un liquide doré et moyennement voilé.
Totalement fruitée en bouche avec de forts accents tropicaux relevant des notes de mangue, de fruit de la passion, de pamplemousse et d’ananas.
Les malts sont généreux et relèvent plus de l’est avec leurs saveurs de pain sucré.
L’amertume est douce comme une New England, ne relevant presqu’aucun caractère résineux.
Une hybride qui visuellement a l’air d’une West Coast mais au goût, c’est définitivement une NEIPA.
Cependant, elle ne possède pas l’intensité fruitée complete d’une IPA côte est.
Très goûteuse et appréciée !

Can: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy bright yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some light juicy floral hops undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some light juicy floral hops undertones notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Light but enjoyable NEIPA.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and lots of creamy lacing. Orange aromas with hints of herbal notes. The taste has the citrus juices, but with a touch of its zest. The mouthfeel is juicy, with a tad tart and the dryness builds. All-around, quite easy to drink, with some juiciness from the East Coast and bitterness from the West Coast. Nicely brewed Hybrid IPA.
