Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Some good sourness. Lemon. Hops come through, bit of funk, bit sweet too. Love the dry hopping. Interesting though.

Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, some grass and mild acidic and tart wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Quite nice, but has lost quite much of the lambic in it.

3rd August 2010. GBBF
Hazy amber beer with a residual suddy white head. Light dry palate. Barnyard funkiness. Not getting much from this other than lots of sourness. Dry finish. My least favourite of this series from Alex. Sorry for the low score mate! A better sour palate than mine would likely pick up more flavours.

Cask, gravity at GBBF Trade Day 03.08.10 Pours amber with some bubbles. There is a nice dusty and sour hoppiness to the nose with a little sweetness coming through the sour edgeiness. There is a nice unripe quite nutty bite to this, some musty cheese cloth. I really quite like this its bizzare and off the wall stuff but enjoyable for it. I think had I have had a few more, the score would have continued northwards. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
