Cask @ Craft Beer Co., London. Slightly hazy pale yellow color, no head. Weird smell, don’t really know what it is. Tastes weird as well, slightly bitter, can’t think of anything else really. Weird beer, just can’t identify what I smell and taste in this beer. Low body, low carbo.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Hazy gold beer, small suddy white head. Light semi dry palate. Sweetish malt, slightly wheaty in character. Sweetish orange, mild marmalade. Finishes semi dry with a little carbonated bite. Nice sweetish saison. Goes down easy.

Cask at CP&K. It pours hazy golden yellow, with thin foamy white lace and low carbonation. The nose is full of pepper, herbs, orange and yeast. The taste is tangy orange, lemon, bread, herbs, wood, pepper, yeast and grass, with a long peppery finish. An interesting beer, but there is too much pepper for my liking.

Cask at Akkurat. Pours a bit hazy with deterget looking bubbles. Very nice combination of a UK cask beer and a Saison! Nice hop finish.

(Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki, 20110620) The beer poured pale yellow and hazy. Its head was white. Aroma had fruitiness, spices and hops. Palate was medium bodied. Flavours were sourness, fruitiness, hops, spices, mildly acridness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had apple core, spices and bitterness. Not a bad beer but nothing special either.
