Ingredients: Pale and Crystal malt; Ahtanum and Tomahawk hops.
This is a ’Red Indian pale ale’ - since Titanic set sail for the New World, not the Indian sub-continent. It celebrates the American-style IPA and so has a powerful, bitter hop flavour, with the use of dark crystal malt giving this pale beer a hint of red.

Cask at Argyll Arms. Pours light amber with a soft white head. Grassy hop aroma. Wonderfully bitter flavor with earth and pine, preceded by an understated caramel malt presence. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Has a long grass and earth bitter finish. Very good.

Cask handpull at Samuel Peto, JDW, Folkestone. Copper colour, thin beige head. Quite hoppy yes, very hoppy for a UK beer. I like the hops plus there is some sweetish toffee too. Really good earthy hop on finish

Cask at the Moon and Spoon (JDW), Slough. Copper with a dense white head; aroma of pine and citrus; buttery with some pine resin to start, then a short burst of sharply bitter hops, which are then moderated by some honey sweetness.
