Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose is melon, tangerine, straw, funk, mandarin. Taste carries a light brett scrape, leafy hop, grass, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with leafy hop bitterness and modest brett strokes. Ok but a touch subdued for a 7.9% affair.

Draft glass at Warszawski Festiwal Piwa’17 - day 3, split with 77ships.

Straw colored beer with medium head. A lot of pear in aroma, along with other fruits in background (tropical and citrus ones, especially lemon). Spicy hints. Medium acidity, low sweetness, moderate bitterness.

Thank you for sharing Sebletitje! Sampled draft @ Warsaw Beer Festival Spring 2017. Hazy golden, creamy white. Nose is tropical, faint dirty socks brett, nice tropical largely, brett is low. Taste is huge dirty mop brett, less fruit in the nose, rotting stone fruit, fermenting tropical fruit. Body is fizzy brett. Solid, nose is really nice, brett is not the greatest & way to big but still nice.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours lightly hazy gold with a lasting, white cream heading. Stable funky brett in the aroma, some lemon and grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with moderate bitter graoefruit peel, grass, soft farmyard. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Grassy bitter finish, some orange juice, musty hay bales, rindy bitterness. Not bad.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 08/04/2017. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice brett funk, spicy citrus, pineapple, bready malts. Flavour is composed of pale malts, wheat, spicy citrus, pineapple, bug brett,. Assertive harsh grassy bitter. Palate is really bitter, frothy carbonation, grainy. Out of balance but nice brett character.

Bottle, 7.5%. Good fruity aroma, hint of ashes, slightly citric. Hazy pale yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off with a distinct bitterness. Then comes a caramelly note, seems to come more from the hops than the malt. A very mild Bretty note. Good mouthfeel. A clean and well-made beer. Perhaps the Brett would come out more after some time in the bottle.

Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast and malt and touches of spice. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grassy notes and touches of yeast and malt. Bitter and mildly acidic afteraste with estery notes. Not very bretty but quite good nonetheless.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 03.02.2017 temperatura degustacji 12 - 14 stopni +, szkło ipa glass. Naprawdę złożony a zarazem wyważony i trwały aromat.
